
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows
Barbell rows are a great start to a back workout. Place hands on the bar, shoulder width apart. Bring bar to solar plexus and let weight descend all the way down until lats are fully stretched. A good progression for this exercise is single arm dumbbell row. Bring hand to serrates anterior. Squeeze the lat and let weight descend until fully stretched
